• Head of Cyber Resilience provides overall leadership and direction for all aspects of the Cyber Resilience and Readiness Program including strategy, methodology, oversight of operations, process improvement reporting and training.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve cyber resiliency and recovery strategies ensuring Corebridge Financial is prepared to respond during a crisis.
• Work cross-functionally with Enterprise Resilience, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery to ensure a holistic enterprise response.
• Establish, Design and Coordinate Cyber Readiness Drills.
• Coordinate and Lead Cyber Range activities and tabletop exercises.

Please note: The job can only be performed in the State locations listed: Houston, TX, Charlotte, NC, Remote-TX, and Remote-NC.

• 6+ years of increasing responsibility and work complexity to include multifaceted management roles in complex organizations.
• 3+ years of experience leading cyber resilience and recovery.
• Demonstrated experience with information disaster and cyber recovery planning and testing, auditing, risk analysis, business system resumption planning and contingency planning.
• Extensive technical experience in Cybersecurity and Information Technology, ideally in individual contributor and leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of Application Security best practices.
• Experience working within the financial or other highly regulated industries desired.
• Ability to communicate via written and verbal communication in both formal and casual situations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
