As a Senior Business Development Manager, you are going to establish new client relationships. You will use your experience, together with a bright, positive attitude, and your wide range of customer management skills to support them, every day. You will be driving the entire sales cycle from qualification to close all while supported by a seasoned Service Delivery team and Business Operations Support team that are highly motivated, easy to work with, and gets results!

What success looks like:
Researching and identifying prospects within target accounts that fit our qualified buyer persona(s)
Qualifying customers and projects
Conducting effective sales discovery through formal sales call preparation to uncover needs and opportunities and link those needs and opportunities to APC value propositions.
Delivering compelling credibility statements and value propositions
Communicating APC's services and offerings
Partner with the Business Solutions team to help allocate resources for projects
Coordinating with internal teams (recruiting /business operations) to convert prospects to customers
Negotiating and finalizing commercial terms and conditions with prospects and customers
Executing required documents such as MSAs and SOWs
Responding to customer communications in a timely fashion
Updating Bullhorn after every meaningful customer contact

Requirements:
5 years of previous sales experience required
Experience selling technical consulting/professional services, and/or IT Staffing
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Accustomed to working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
