Onshore Dev Lead (Transformation) is a hands-on technical leader of developers responsible for a series of content authoring and supporting backend services and capabilities as part of our Pearson Authoring Content Ecosystem (PACE).  This role will be the sole onshore technical resource providing oversight and guidance to an offshore Transformation development team.  This team is responsible for transforming content from Write-Optimized/Work-In-Progress format into a Read-Optimized/Published format as part of an automated publishing process.  The Pearson Authoring Content Eco-system (PACE) provides a complete set of authoring tools and services needed to create exceptional content for our Learners across various product offerings.
