Summary
A Senior FP&A Consultant will be responsible for leading and delivering implementation services to 360 Cloud Solution’s FP&A Customers. In this capacity, the position will be accountable for assessing customers’ business requirements, consulting on best practices, supplying pragmatic budgeting and forecasting process recommendations, developing a plan to configure and customize the Workday Adaptive Planning platform, and the delivery of a final solution. This role is also required to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Adaptive Planning, to provide front-line support for 360 Cloud Solution’s FP&A Customers, and to work in a sales support capacity providing product demonstrations and subject matter expertise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work in a team environment and lead a project team to produce a product or service within a specified timeframe and budget.
- Provide consultative services related to Budgeting and Forecasting best practices around budget system structure and detailed modeling.
- Prepare standard documentation including model flow diagrams and mockups, business requirements documentation, user documentation, and training materials.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Ability to use a wide set of project tools including, NetSuite, web conferencing, Excel, project planning (ClickUp), and process diagraming (Lucidchart).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, and to manage deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate Workday Adaptive Planning to prospects.
- Support FP&A sales efforts as an SME.
Education, Experience, and Required Qualifications:
- College degree (Bachelor’s Degree is a minimum).
- At least 8 years of consecutive budgeting and forecasting modeling and system implementation experience.
- At least 4 years of consecutive experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Preferred: Consulting experience with Jirav or NetSuite Planning and Budgeting.
- Experienced in the concepts of accounting – general ledger and financial reporting.
- Ability to listen to the customer to determine actual business requirements by asking pertinent questions.
- Ability to multi-task and manage processes in a fast-paced work environment.
- A self-leader and motivator, who doesn’t require significant oversight to perform.
- Experience with data analysis & reporting (Excel, CRM, ERP, etc.)
- Ability to work remotely from home or in the office.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional demeanor and business acumen.

- Strong proficiency with verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit. Keyboard typing skills are required and may be used up to 80% of any workday. Hands and fingers are involved with repetitive movements on the standard keyboard.
Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. This position will take place in an indoor office setting or home office setting. Work will be at least 40 hours a week, and there may be occasions when you will have to work evenings or weekends to meet deadlines or solve unexpected problems. You will spend most of your workday in front of a computer.
